Performance and collaboration remain an essential part of my musical life, informing both my practice and my coaching. Current projects include Hot Club of Olde Town and other ongoing collaborations.
Hot Club of Olde Town celebrates the music and legacy of Django Reinhardt, Stéphane Grappelli, and the broader tradition of gypsy jazz and swing. The acoustic jam is hosted by Michael Isabell at Silver Vines Winery in Olde Town Arvada - the weekly series brings a community of musicians and fans, capturing the attention of those who are charmed by the melodies and moved by the rhythms.
While rooted in a regular gathering, Hot Club of Olde Town functions as both a listening space and a working band—developing repertoire, refining ensemble playing, and presenting the music in performance settings beyond the weekly residency.
Recordings and live excerpts will be added as the project continues to develop.
