We'll take a look at learning the melody and making melodic and rhythmic variations and also embellishments such as enclosures around the chord tones and using chromatics. We'll also look at how to create a chord melody. With each approach, the story unfolds in your solo and builds on top of another in order to create drama for you, the band and the listener!
