Registration & Cancellation Policy

Because workshop sizes are intentionally limited and instructors, venue, and event expenses are committed well in advance, all registrations are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend due to illness or another unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. While we are unable to offer refunds, we're committed to ensuring your registration continues to provide value whenever possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer one or more of the following:

• Transfer your registration to another participant.

• Apply your registration as a credit toward a future Rocky Mountain Swing Guitar Camp.

• Arrange an online coaching session with one of the faculty members, subject to availability.

• Provide alternative educational opportunities at the discretion of the faculty.​
